FIVEBOOSTS provides high-performance simulation utility tools, network scripting solutions, and custom diagnostics frameworks. Our software, launcher, and scripts are developed independently by Tristan Adolf and are proprietary software components.
We do NOT sell, license, distribute, or host copyrighted game files, assets, or proprietary game binaries belonging to third-party entities. The user is strictly and solely required to possess and provide their own legally acquired copies of any base game components (such as Grand Theft Auto V / GTA) and client platforms (such as FiveM / Cfx.re) necessary to run their local server configurations.
All financial transactions, recurring billing cycles, licensing token distributions, and customer accounts are processed externally and hosted by our merchant of record, Polar.sh. Subscriptions and billing modifications must be managed and cancelled exclusively via the user's Polar.sh customer dashboard.
MANDATORY WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL: BY ACTIVATING YOUR DIGITAL LICENSE TOKEN OR CONFIGURED SERVICE SUITE, YOU EXPLICITLY REQUEST IMMEDIATE EXECUTION OF THE SERVICE. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU FULLY FORFEIT AND WAIVE YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WIDERUFSRECHT) FOR DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION DIRECTIVES. NO REFUND CLAIMS OR PARTIAL PAYOUTS ARE PERMITTED AFTER SERVICE ACTIVATION.
FIVEBOOSTS shall not be liable for any temporary or permanent restrictions, bans, IP suspensions, account blocks, or legal enforcement actions applied to the user's accounts, hardware, or server nodes by third-party gaming platforms, publishers, or anti-cheat developers (including Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or Rockstar Games Anticheat).
The setup, deployment, and operation of our simulation framework and launcher software is executed entirely at the user's individual risk and discretion.
We enforce strict cryptographic controls and telemetry heartbeats to secure our intellectual property. You explicitly agree NOT to decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract private signing keys or cryptographic algorithms from our API. Any tampering, slot limit spoofing, or license bypass attempts triggers immediate, permanent revocation of your licensing tokens, account termination, and active process shutdowns without prior notice.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your active agreement to the revised terms.
